Advance online publication
Starting January 2025, Foro Internacional will implement an advance online publication system. Under this system, accepted articles will be published and made available in the "Forthcoming" section of our website prior to their assignment to a specific issue.
This change aligns with international standards for academic publishing, reducing wait times for authors and facilitating faster dissemination of research. Articles will be published in this section in the order they complete the peer-review and copy-editing processes and can be cited using a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), which will remain unchanged upon assignment to their final issue.
The implementation of this policy will provide greater flexibility in managing our editorial calendar while reinforcing our commitment to timely publication.
